Anthony V. Lombardino, Esq., is a resident of Richmond Hills, Queens, a veteran of the Korean War and is a graduate of Hofstra University and Brooklyn Law School where he received his Juris Doctor degree.
He has been practicing criminal law for sixty years. As a criminal defense attorney Mr. Lombardino has significant experience in Criminal trials having participated in hundreds of felony trials and misdemeanor trials both on the State and Federal level.
Mr. Lombardino is a former Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, Chief of the Homicide Bureau and Chief of the Organized Crime Bureau and a former Assistant United States Attorney on the Federal level and he was Chief of the Criminal Division for the Eastern District of New York where he supervised and provided guidance to twelve Assistant United States Attorneys. As the Chief of the Criminal Division he interacted with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and he analyzed hundreds of State and Federal indictments and he is presently a working partner in the Firm of Lombardino & Nektalov.
