Boris R. Nektalov, Esq

Boris R. Nektalov, Esq is a resident of Queens and a graduate of CUNY Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business where he studied Accounting and Philosophy. Thereafter, he attended SUNY Buffalo School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor Degree.

Mr. Nektalov prides himself in representing clients who were targets of long term investigations and charged with health care fraud, wire fraud, identity fraud, credit card related frauds, conspiracy, larceny and murder in New York.  He is a trial attorney who has tried criminal and civil matters successfully to verdict. He has tried criminal cases ranging from a simple assault to homicides.

Mr. Nektalov is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in both New York & New Jersey. Mr. Nektalov is presently a partner in the firm of Boris R. Nektalov.

He is fluent in Russian and Tadjik.
